How does Rushfit work?
With Rushfit you are lead through a series of very high intensity workouts each for 5 min duration over a 45 minute daily duration .This is done over 8 weeks and focuses on building strength, flexibility, core stability, endurance, power, balance and agility.
By the end of the program, if you have persevered and taken on board the instructions as shown on the DVDs and training manuals you will have built muscle, lost fat and have toned up overall.
How will it benefit me?
Well Rushfit was built by a guy called George St Pierre or GSP who walks the walk and talks the talk, his name and reputation is behind it and , its made him the champion he is today. His program is known as simply Rushfit or GSP Rushfit but if you come across it, it has also been known as the George St Pierre workout!
Don’t despair, there are beginner levels to the program so you can build up. Saying that, this is one of the most intensive workouts you will come across. Each exercise is done in short bursts of an intensive workout and theirin lies its success.
The Rushfit workout gives full body conditioning and helps maximise your personal performance. Because it is challenging, you will be physically and mentally pushed to your limits but if you stick with it, you will not only get some really good body training but you will gain the mental strength of a real champion who is prepared to take on any battles life throws at him.
